Among the member states, Denmark, Croatia, Lithuania, and Finland recorded the highest monthly increases, while Luxembourg, Portugal, and Estonia saw the largest decreases. On an annual basis, Lithuania, Denmark, and Poland experienced the highest increases, while Luxembourg, Romania, and Estonia saw the largest decreases.
